Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers to develop new relationships and sales globally, successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets, collaborating with account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.

- Work on business proposals, and pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Research trends, maintain a strong knowledge on digital marketing and innovate new ways to serve businesses.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

- Sales experience in digital marketing area preferred.

Account Manager

Base: No Limit

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.

- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers, generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.

- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts, implement programs to meet client objectives.

- Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics, advise best practice online marketing strategies to drive conversion rates.

- Manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverables, lead client strategy review sessions, internal and external startup meetings.

- Oversee client billing and forecasting, keep records of client transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

- Very strong customer service orientation.

- Project management experience.

- Ability to work with creative elements.

- Extreme attention to detail.

- Proven multi-tasking ability.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Media Buyer

Base: No Limit

 

Responsibilities:

- Campaign Planning: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define goals, develop strategy and set targets.

- Campaign Management & Optimization: Launch and manage UA campaigns via programmatic, search and social channels. Monitor and optimize cross channel campaign performance. Test, test and retest.

- Campaign Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and ROI, provide regular analytics reports with KPI analysis.

- Coordinate with design teams on creative assets to maximize performance.

- Monitor industry news & updates to be fluent in the applicable Ts & Cs of ad channels and potential UA partners and report on their availability/viability for the real money gaming industry in our markets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- 1-3 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.

- Hands-on-keyboard experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns directly.

- Experience with major UA partners.

- Experience with mobile and online DSPs and RTB exchanges.

- Experience with CPI/CPA buying.

- Experience with A/B testing.

- Experience coordinating with artists to create assets.

- Experience with marketing analytics & MMPs like Appsflyer.

- Experience building and managing relationships with ad channels and other partners.

- Strong data analysis and Excel experience.

- Solid presentation and communication skills.

- Experience in a startup environment a plus.
